The food you eat and the lifestyle you live is meant to make you feel calm and alive. However, poor diet and a stressful lifestyle can bring about unwanted symptoms that keep you from living your life to the fullest. 

I hope in this blog you will find guidance in looking after your gut and wellbeing, flavoursome gut soothing recipes and calming lifestyle practices to help you heal. All of which have helped me on my own gut healing journey over the years.

For me, gut healing recipes should not only be nourishing, but should also tickle your taste buds, food is not only about surviving but to make you thrive. Gut healing is a joyous journey in finding the best you, strengthening your confidence and mental clarity, to build your physical and psychological strength, to build a more positive relationship with food, and most importantly with yourself.
